Marienbrücke
Neinstedt (D) 2017
An aluminium pedestrian and cyclist bridge connects the farm shop at the Protestant foundation, Evangelischen Stiftung in Neinstedt, with the nearby Teufelsmauer nature reserve.
The curved, three-span, barrier-free bridge crosses the River Bode at Neinstedt. The 3-metre wide bridge is designed to bear the weight of pedestrians and cyclists as well as a 7.5 t. service vehicle.

Compared with other materials, the use of anodised aluminium profiles and stainless steel fasteners reduces the need for service and maintenance.
